Here’s how easy it is:
  • Find Your Templates: Navigate to eBay → Templates in your inkFrog account.
  • Customize or Manage: On the right side of each saved template, you’ll see handy buttons to Edit, Rename, Copy, or Delete.

Bulk Assign Templates to eBay Listings – Made Easy!


Want to give your eBay listings a professional boost in just a few clicks? Bulk-assigning templates in inkFrog is a quick and efficient way to make your listings shine. Here's how to do it:

Step 1: Select Your Listings

In the Library, choose the listings you’d like to update. Once you’ve made at least one selection, the Bulk Actions button will magically appear in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Access the Bulk Actions Menu

Click the Bulk Actions button, then select:
  • Listing Actions → Assign Template

Step 3: Choose Your Template

In the popup, you’ll have two options:
  1. Apply Template: Assign the selected template to only the listings you've chosen in the library.
  2. Apply to All Matching Listings: Use the link to apply the template to all listings that match your current search criteria – even those you didn’t manually select!

⚠️ Heads Up: When using "Apply to All Matching Listings," every listing that matches your search (not just the ones selected) will be updated with the chosen template.
