eBay Shipping Rate Tables
In inkFrog, you can create eBay shipping rate tables within shipping profiles when creating or editing listings. This feature is particularly beneficial if you are utilizing eBay's door-to-door guaranteed delivery option.
To set up shipping rate tables, follow these steps:
- Create a Shipping Profile:
- In inkFrog, create a shipping profile for your listings.
- Manage Shipping Rate Tables:
- Within the shipping profile, select the "Manage shipping rate tables" button.
- Configure Domestic and International Rates:
- You have the option to set up shipping rate tables for both domestic and international shipping or choose to do so for only one of them.
This functionality allows you to tailor shipping rates specifically for your listings, providing flexibility and customization.
To associate a shipping rate table with specific listings in inkFrog, follow these steps:
- Create or Select Shipping Rate Table:
- In your shipping profile, either create a new shipping rate table in the pop-up or choose an existing one.
- Check the "Use shipping rate tables" checkbox.
- Save Shipping Profile:
- Save your shipping profile.
- Assign the Table to Listings:
- In the library, select the listings you want to associate with the shipping rate table.
- Click the "Bulk Actions" button at the top right of the screen.
- Choose Listing Actions:
- Under Listing Actions, select "Assign profile."
- Select Profile Type and Name:
- In the popup, choose the profile type (shipping).
- Select the profile name from the dropdown.
- Assign Profile:
- Choose "Assign Profile" to apply the profile to only the selected listings in the library.
- Alternatively, select the link to apply it to all listings matching the current search if you've filtered your listings.
Note: If you choose to apply to all listings matching the current search, ALL library listings, including those not selected, will be edited to add the selected shipping profile.
