Getting Started with inkFrog

Welcome to inkFrog! Follow this step-by-step guide to set up your account and begin managing your eCommerce listings.

Step 1: Sign Up for inkFrog

  1. Visit inkFrog’s website.
  2. Click the Get Started button in the top-right corner.
  3. Create an account by entering your email address and setting a secure password.

Step 2: Connect Your eBay Account

  1. Once logged into your inkFrog dashboard:
    • Navigate to eBay > Settings >  Accounts.
    • Click Add eBay Account.
  2. Follow the prompts to authorize inkFrog to connect with your eBay account.
    • For eBay users: You’ll be redirected to eBay to log in and grant access.
3.  Once connected, inkFrog will begin syncing your eBay account's data, including active listings and recently ended listings.

Step 3: Explore the Dashboard

  1. Familiarize yourself with key sections of the inkFrog dashboard:
    • Library: Manage all your eBay listings.
    • Orders: View and process incoming orders.
    • Messages: Communicate with buyers directly within inkFrog.

Step 4: Create New Listings

  1. Click New Listing in the Navigation Menu to create a product.
  2. Enter the necessary details, including:
    • Product title and description.
    • Photos (drag and drop images into the listing).
    • Price, SKU, and inventory quantity.
    • Shipping and return policies.
  3. Preview the listing and click Save or List to publish.

Step 5: Use Bulk Actions

  1. For efficient management, navigate to Bulk Actions in the Library.
  2. Select multiple listings to:
    • Update prices or quantities.
    • Apply listing templates.
    • And much more!
