Why Check Event History?
Sometimes eBay may fail to accept a revision from inkFrog due to:
- An error in the listing.
- eBay revision restrictions on the listing.
When this happens, notifications are logged in inkFrog and retained for 7 days for your review.
How to View Event History
- Navigate to eBay → Event History in your inkFrog account.
- Understand the logs:
- Red Logs: Error logs indicating an issue that needs attention.
- Blue Logs: Informational logs for your reference.
Pro Tips for Staying Ahead of Issues
- Regular Checks: Periodically review Event History for errors.
- Enable Email Alerts: Go to eBay → Settings → Sync and turn on Send Failed eBay Sync Emails.
- This way, inkFrog will notify you whenever there’s an error in syncing your listings with eBay.
