Currently, inkFrog does not allow the use of the same SKU number across multiple eBay listings. If duplicate SKUs are detected, our system will automatically adjust them by appending -1, -2, and so on, based on the number of copies of the SKU in your account.
How can I list faster and save time?

Currently, transferring draft listings or images from InkFrog Classic to InkFrog Open is not possible. The two platforms are separate, and their data and functionalities are not directly compatible. As a result, any listings or images you created in InkFrog Classic will need to be manually recreated in InkFrog Open.
Connect your inkFrog Classic Billing/Plan to inkFrog Open
You can connect your billing from InkFrog Classic to InkFrog Open, allowing you to use both platforms while retaining your lower Classic pricing. Here’s how to do it:
- Create an InkFrog Open Account: If you haven't already, go to www.inkfrog.com and create a free InkFrog Open account.
- Log In: Sign in to your InkFrog Open account.

- Update Token in InkFrog Open:
- Log in to your InkFrog Open account.
- Go to "Settings" and then "eBay Accounts."
- Click the button on the right side of the page to update the token.

Change Classic Templates to Open Templates
