The inkFrog Library serves as the central storage space for all your eBay listings. Here are some key points about the library:
- Indefinite Storage: Listings in the library remain stored indefinitely as long as your inkFrog account is on a paid plan.
- eBay Account Link: The listings will stay in the library as long as the associated eBay account is not removed from your inkFrog account.
- Manual Deletion: Listings can only be deleted manually from the library, meaning they won't be removed automatically under normal circumstances.
This functionality allows you to keep a comprehensive archive of your listings, making it easy to reference or recreate them as needed.
The status column in the inkFrog library provides valuable information about the state of each listing:
- Live on eBay: Indicates that the listing is currently active on eBay.
- Ready to List: The listing is prepared and can be sent to eBay but hasn't been listed yet.
- Scheduled to List: The listing is set to go live on eBay at a scheduled time.
- Failed to List: The listing encountered an issue and was unable to be posted to eBay.
In the library, you can:
- Create new listings
- Edit existing listings (individually or in bulk)
- Export listings to a CSV file for further management or analysis.
This flexibility helps you manage your listings efficiently from a single interface.
