Processing eBay Refunds
To process an eBay refund, follow these steps:
- Start in eBay's Resolution Center: This ensures the customer's refund or exchange is handled properly.
- Syncing with Store Connections (Shopify, BigCommerce):
- After processing the refund on eBay, inkFrog will automatically update the order status and remove it from the store.
- If you want to keep the order in your store, make sure to unlink the order in inkFrog before completing the refund process on eBay.
- Amazon FBA Orders:
- InkFrog does not automatically update Amazon regarding the refund. Any required updates must be made manually on Amazon's platform.
Following these steps ensures that your orders are accurately reflected across platforms.
