Processing eBay Refunds

To refund an eBay order, start in eBay's Resolution Center to ensure that the customer's refund is processed correctly and they receive their money back or exchange. If you're syncing orders with a store connection, like Shopify or Bigcommerce, once the refund is completed on eBay, the order will be adjusted in inkFrog and deleted automatically in the store. If you want to keep the order in the store, unlink the order in inkFrog before processing the refund on eBay. If you're syncing orders with Amazon for FBA, inkFrog does not automatically update Amazon regarding the refund, so any necessary updates must be done manually on Amazon.
