Scheduled eBay Listings

To view schedule eBay listings, visit eBay → Scheduled.

This view includes the Title, Listing Type, Duration, Launch Date, and to the right of each listing is a button to cancel the scheduled launch or edit the listing.

Using Filters

There are a variety of ways to filter the view of the scheduled listing using filters.  Multiple filters may be used at the same time.

For example, if we wanted to see listings that use a specific eBay account and listing type, we would set two filters, one for eBay account and another for listing type
If this is a filter that we'll use often, we can opt to save the search and in doing so, you're provided with the option to name the search and save it as a quick tab at the top of the live page.

Pagination, Refresh, & Bulk Actions

Towards the top right of the screen, you'll notice pagination arrows, a refresh button, and if you've selected the check box for one or more listings, a bulk actions button.  The bulk actions button breaks down into a sub-menu with a large variety of options.

Arrows:  These are pagination arrows, use them to move between the pages of live listings.  The default view is 50 listing per page, but a filter may be set for page size so that it shows up to 250 listings per page

Refresh:  The refresh button will update the view of the live listings and import any new live listings from eBay

Bulk Actions:  The options are to cancel scheduled or to rescheduled selected listings.
When bulk scheduling or rescheduling, there are options available to add a time delay between posting each listing to eBay.
