Session Management Update

Beginning 12/12/2023, we have implemented a new session management policy that allows only one active session per user at a time. This means that if you are logged into your account, and someone else attempts to log in using the same credentials, they will be unable to access the account until either you log out or there is 20 minutes of inactivity on your end.

Here's a breakdown of the key points:
  1. Single Session Limit: Only one session per user is valid at any given time.
  2. Session Access Rules: A second user attempting to log in will see the message: "You are already logged in. Only one session per user is valid. Please contact support if you think this is an error."
  3. Automatic Log Out: If the original logged-in user performs any action (even attempting to navigate within the account) after there is 20 minutes of inactivity, they will be automatically logged out. The second user can then initiate a new session.

We understand that this change may pose some inconveniences, especially for users who commonly log in using multiple browsers or systems simultaneously with different individuals. To mitigate this, we recommend considering an account plan that includes staff logins, allowing multiple users to access the account simultaneously without interruption.
