inkFrog offers a csv export in the library (currently available to the US market only, other markets coming soon!) so it's quick and easy to populate your new Wix store with your eBay listings.  Once they're created in Wix and the eBay app is installed, it's a painless process to link the listings to the products and create the sync.  It's also possible to list to Amazon from Wix and create a sync between the Wix store products, eBay, and Amazon!
