Bulk Edit, Launch, End Early
Bulk Edit
In the inkFrog library, you have the option for bulk editing.
To utilize this feature, apply any filters you wish for the listings and then use the checkbox to select the listings you want to edit in bulk.
Once your listing selections are made, click on the Bulk Actions button.
From the available bulk actions, choose the one you need. After making the action selection, you might encounter a pop-up (if all listings on the page are selected) asking whether to edit this page of listings only or edit all listings at once.
If you choose to edit this page of listings only, only the selected listings will undergo bulk editing. This option allows for setting different values for each listing.
Alternatively, if you opt for editing all listings at once, every listing displayed in the filtered library view will be edited, regardless of whether it was individually selected or not. In this case, the same value must be used for every listing.
Example
For example, if you set a filter for eBay status as Live, and then select the first page of 50 listings, choosing "edit this page of listings only" will apply changes to only those 50 selected listings.
The default library view shows 50 listings per page. Suppose there are 500 listings, and after applying filters, you select the first 50 listings for bulk editing, and then choose "edit all listings at once." In that case, all 500 listings in the filtered view will undergo editing.
It's important to note that when editing inventory quantity, the option to remove variants with specific quantity values is only available when using "edit this page of listings only."
Bulk Launch
When using the bulk list feature to eBay from the library, there is a link beneath the "check errors and fees" link in the pop-up. If all listings are chosen, the link will display "post all X listings that match the current search." If activated, this will publish all listings from the filter set to eBay, and not only the selected ones.
Bulk End Early
For Live listings, the bulk end early option is accessible on the Live listings page. It presents an "End All Early" button positioned next to the "End Early" button when all listings on the page are selected.
Selecting "End Early" will end only the listings that are currently selected.
On the other hand, choosing "End All Early" will end all live listings within the filtered view.
