Activate the CSV Connection

To install the CSV connection, visit Apps → Channel connector → Add Channel

Selecting the + button will install this channel

Import a CSV File to inkFrog

Once import spreadsheet to eBay is selected, browse to upload your csv file or download a sample file.

You are able to create new listings for eBay using a csv file in inkFrog.

It is also possible to update existing listings using a csv.

 Images may not be edited when revising using a csv file.
The csv is limited to the columns that exist in the sample.  They must remain in the provided order and if you are not using any data in a particular field, please leave the field blank and do not remove the column. 
SKU numbers must be unique when creating new listings and not already exist within your inkFrog account.

Available Column Headers

SKU - Unique sku number

Title - eBay listing title

Description - eBay listing description

Quantity - eBay listing quantity

Price - eBay listing price (do not add monetary symbols such as $)

Images - Image urls separate by comma if importing multiple images

Option Name 1 through 5 - Used for multi sku variation listings only (For example, color or size)

Option 1 through 5 - Used for multi sku variation listings only (For example, red, blue, medium, large)

Product Identifier - UPC, MPN, ISBN, EAN values (numbers/letters)

Product Identifier Type - Accepted values UPC, MPN, ISBN, EAN

Brand - Product Brand Name

Sale Price - Only used if you've enabled discount pricing in inkFrog

When the import completes, on the next page, select your listings using manually select, or import all.

Prior to importing, you're able to select your payment, shipping, and return profiles (the defaults are automatically selected) as well as a listing profile which is optional.

The button to the right of each profile type, offer the options of applying to all listings that are currently importing or creating new profiles.

If any changes have been made, be sure to select save.

Select Import & List and then import only or import and list to eBay to complete the listing creation.

Export a CSV File from inkFrog

In the library, make your listing selections and click the Bulk Actions button.

The Bulk Actions button will appear towards the top right of your screen once at least one listing is selected.

Choose Library Actions, and then Export.

Next, you will be provided the options to save the export to your computer or open the csv file.

The export is limited to 250 products per file and this file may be used to edit your existing listings or as a template to create new listings.
