eBay Listing Templates

The question of whether templates can boost sales has been a topic of discussion for years. Several studies have shown that templates can indeed increase sales if done correctly. A well-designed template lets buyers know that you are a professional seller and can enhance their overall experience.

inkFrog provides a variety of customizable templates, making it easy to select one and customize it using our template editor. To create or edit template designs in inkFrog, simply go to eBay → Templates. On the right side of each saved template, there are buttons to edit, rename, copy, or delete it.
If you are interested in creating a new template, inkFrog provides several options to choose from, including Designer templates (available in your inkFrog plan), using your own custom HTML, or inkFrog's Free Templates.

To learn more about inkFrog's designer templates, you can visit the "How to Use inkFrog Designer" page. Additionally, inkFrog has a webinar available on YouTube that walks you through the process of creating templates. The video includes a demonstration that starts about 10 minutes in and provides details on building, editing, and using designer templates: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HgOW3TrHUsE

Bulk Assign Templates

To bulk assign a template to your eBay listings, in the library, make your listing selections and click the Bulk Actions button.

The Bulk Actions button will appear towards the top right of your screen once at least one listing is selected.

Choose Listing Actions, and then Assign Template.

In the popup, select the template name and choose Apply Template to apply the template to only those listings selected in the library, or select the link to apply to all xxx listings matching the current search.

If you've selected the link to apply to all xxx listings matching current search, ALL library listings including those not selected, will be edited to add the selected template.
